Each of the 6 acrylic (4" diameter) starbursts on this solar powered garland has bright color changing LED inside for a classic lighting effect. Each starburst hangs down one foot from the 18 ft. long (including 10 ft. lead wire) main wire. The solar collector is 3"H x 6"W x 6"D on a 2 1/2 ft. tall stake and includes 4 rechargeable (by the solar panel) AA NiMH batteries. Place in full sun to charge the batteries in daytime.
